Shipping & Return Policy

Rush Shipping
Rush shipping is available for United States residents. You can receive your order within 3-4 days. For more information, email us at Riyya.collection@gmail.com or contact us at (253) 234-7902. Rush shipping orders are packaged and shipped out the same day.

Shipping Process 
Please allow 3 days for payment processing on ALL orders except for rush shipping orders. Dispatch of regular orders are between 2-3 business days after initial order placement.

 

International Shipping
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the United States are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. This doesn't include the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. We have no control over any delays or holds by customs. We also do not guarantee delivery dates for packages.

 

Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges. You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or exchange. All Items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a return/exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping back an item over $50 you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchanged item. Return shipping fees are deducted from the total order unless your order qualified for free shipping or an exchange.

 

Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the order. We will email you a gift certificate/discount code after we’ve receive the returned or exchange items. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, then we cannot process store credit or an exchange without the consent of the gift giver. If consent is given from the gift giver we can then proceed to issue you a gift certificate/discount code.
